EudrFlow checks data readiness — not whether your organization is legally compliant. Nothing in the service constitutes legal advice or a legal compliance determination.

No compliance or acceptance guarantee

A readiness score, a passed validation or a completed assessment does not guarantee EUDR compliance and does not guarantee acceptance by the official EUDR Information System. Customers remain responsible for their legal obligations.

Payment & Billing

Waffo Pancake acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for payment transactions. The €199 EUDR Supplier Readiness Assessment is a one-time purchase: completing the Waffo checkout authorizes a single one-time charge of the amount shown on the checkout page. For transactions processed through Waffo Pancake, Waffo Pancake acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller, and is responsible for payment processing, billing, receipts and invoices, transaction taxes where applicable, refunds, chargebacks, fraud and payment risk, and payment-related support. EudrFlow is responsible for product delivery, product features and product-related support. The assessment checkout creates a payment intent and processes the one-time purchase through Waffo Pancake.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled as follows, and mandatory statutory rights always remain unaffected.

• Assessment processing has not started: full refund on request
• Assessment processing has started: as a digital service the fee is generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise
• EudrFlow cannot deliver the agreed service: full refund
• Duplicate or incorrect charge: full refund
• Waffo Pancake, as Merchant of Record, may also issue refunds where required by law, payment-network rules, consumer-protection obligations, fraud or chargeback risk, or its Merchant of Record duties

Acceptable use

You may submit only information and evidence you are authorized to process. You must not use the service to upload unlawful content, to probe or disrupt the service, or to misrepresent readiness results as legal compliance determinations.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EudrFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including regulatory penalties arising from your own data or obligations. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms. Provisions on liability and payment survive termination.
