EUDR Supplier Data Preflight

Find missing supplier data before EUDR workflows begin.

Check whether your supplier records are complete, well-formed and route-appropriate for due diligence or downstream record-keeping. EudrFlow checks data readiness — it does not perform legal compliance determinations or submit declarations.

Deterministic validation

Clear checks. Traceable rules. No black-box compliance verdicts.

Every result is tied to a rule version, source URL, and verification date. EudrFlow checks data readiness — role, product scope, applicable dates and required data paths — not whether your organization is legally compliant.

Fit check

Who is EudrFlow for?

Upstream operators placing products on the EU market

Importers and producers who need supplier, producer and plot data complete before due diligence work begins. Start with the free readiness check.

Traders and downstream operators

Teams that receive records from upstream suppliers and need to track DDS references, SD identifiers and supplier/buyer records — not perform upstream due diligence.

Eligible micro/small primary producers

Natural persons and micro/small undertakings in low-risk countries who may qualify for the Simplified Declaration path.

Scope

What does EudrFlow check?

Deterministic checks on the data you collect: required field completeness, CN/HS product scope, role-based data paths, country and commodity formats, coordinate ranges, GeoJSON V3 geometry structure, and whether supporting evidence is present. Every issue comes with a concrete next action.

Boundary

What does EudrFlow not determine?

EudrFlow does not decide whether your organization is legally compliant, does not perform risk assessment, and does not submit anything to the EUDR Information System. It is a Supplier Data Preflight tool, not a legal compliance or official submission service. Legal interpretation stays with you and your advisers.

How DDS preparation fits
Roles & timing

Operator vs trader: why your role matters

Your data route depends on whether you place products on the EU market as an upstream operator, are an eligible micro/small primary operator, are the first downstream buyer, or trade further down the chain. Application dates also depend on product scope: most large and medium operators apply from 30 Dec 2026; most micro and small operators from 30 Jun 2027; and products added by Regulation (EU) 2026/2102 apply from 30 Dec 2027. Check your role before relying on a deadline.

Sequence

How supplier readiness fits before DDS or downstream record-keeping

A due diligence statement or downstream handoff is only as good as the records behind it. Readiness work comes first: confirm your role and product scope, collect complete supplier, producer and plot data, fix format issues, then prepare structured records for review. EudrFlow covers the readiness and preparation steps — not the official submission.

FAQ

Common questions

Is EudrFlow a compliance tool?

No. It is a Supplier Data Preflight tool. It checks whether your records are complete, well-formed and route-appropriate — it does not determine legal compliance, perform risk assessment or submit declarations.

Are my supplier files uploaded?

No. CSV and GeoJSON files are processed locally in your browser and are not sent to EudrFlow servers.
