How EudrFlow measures supplier data readiness

EudrFlow is a Supplier Data Preflight system: it checks whether the data you need for EUDR workflows is present, well-formed and route-appropriate. It does not perform legal compliance determinations, risk assessment or official submissions.

01

Role x size x activity x product x date

The checker derives a likely EUDR data route from your role, company size, activity, product CN/HS code, production country and applicable date. It does not rely on a single 'operator or trader' label.

02

Product scope by CN/HS code

Scope status is determined from the CN/HS code, including products added by Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/2102 (applicable from 30 December 2027) and products removed or narrowed by that regulation.

03

Simplified Declaration path

Eligible micro/small primary operators in low-risk countries may use the Simplified Declaration path. Production location can be GeoJSON, postal address or cadastral identifier — GeoJSON is not mandatory for this path.

04

Downstream record-keeping

First downstream operators and traders retain upstream DDS references or SD identifiers. Downstream actors do not normally submit a new DDS or collect full upstream due diligence data.

05

GeoJSON V3 rules

The GeoJSON validator applies EUDR Information System V3 geometry checks: coordinate order and ranges, polygon closure, holes, self-intersection, indicative area, the >4 ha non-cattle Point rule, and the cattle exception.
