How long EudrFlow keeps different types of data

Paid assessment source files and generated materials
Files submitted for a paid assessment are uploaded securely to EudrFlow for automated processing. They are retained for up to 12 months after the last interaction related to the assessment, unless deleted earlier on request or longer retention is required for an active dispute or applicable legal obligation.
Assessment purchase data
Assessment purchase data is retained for 12 months after the payment intent is created, then deleted unless a longer period is required by applicable law or needed to resolve an active dispute.
Product support communications
Support communications are retained for 24 months after the last interaction, then deleted unless a longer period is required by applicable law or needed to resolve an active dispute.
Anonymous analytics
Umami analytics events are anonymous and cookie-less. They are kept only as aggregated usage statistics and cannot be linked back to an individual.
Payment & transaction records
Payment and transaction records handled by Waffo Pancake are retained by Waffo according to its own Privacy Policy, Merchant of Record obligations, payment-network requirements, tax obligations and applicable law. EudrFlow does not set or promise those retention periods.
